We are excited to announce the merger of the WELL and Writing Center into the new CLUE (Center for Learning & Using English) at South Seattle College!

CLUE Overview

The CLUE provides tutoring services for a wide range of writing and language needs at South Seattle College. At our center, you can sit down with a friendly tutor who will help you with all kinds of projects and issues, such as academic essays or improving your English. Our tutors work with you one-on-one, offering personalized support and guidance at any stage of your journey. Come visit us and see how we can help you succeed!

Language Support: Practice your English with a personal conversation partner and get help with grammar! Our tutors offer one-on-one or small group “Talk Time” sessions.

Writing Support: CLUE tutors assist with any step of the writing process from brainstorming to paragraph development and organization to editing.

Technical Support: Having trouble with technology? CLUE tutors can help you with basic computer skills, such as setting up accounts, using Microsoft Word, and navigating Canvas.
