The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Hospitality Management program will prepare students who have completed AAS-T degrees in Accounting, Business Information Technology, Culinary, or other related areas of study for management level positions in the hospitality industry. Students will learn and explore management, marketing and human resource positions in all facets of the hospitality field, including tourism, hotel operations, restaurant management, catering, cruise ships operations, casino operations and travel.
The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Sustainable Building Science Technology program prepares students who have completed an apprenticeship program, a two-year technical degree or approved associate degree and have 2-5 years of related work experience with commercial and residential high performance buildings. This program offers industry professionals a pathway to becoming a skilled Building Science Professional. The program emphasizes upper-division coursework that focuses on the complexities of building science, energy codes, building codes and facility management.
