Welcome to South Seattle College's Events and Rentals page. We are pleased to offer rentals of our campus facilities and professional catering for events and activities at affordable rates. 

Located in West Seattle, our beautifully landscaped campus offers a wide range of rooms for events of all sizes; including traditional classrooms, large conference spaces, theaters, and the Jerry Brockey Conference Center. If you are looking for a venue to host a wedding, cocktail party, multi-day conference, corporate training, reception, or concert performance, our event staff will help you visualize the event of your dreams. Reach out today for a tour of our facilities!

Available Venues

Brockey Conference Center: Our large conference hall can be split into two rooms. The larger A side featuring three projector screens, a stage and direct access to our catering department. The B side which can host smaller, more intimate meetings, features a screen and direct access to South’s Art Gallery, Bookstore and Recreation Room. Adjacent meeting rooms are available in the building for breakout sessions. Learn more about the Brockey Conference Center.

Standard Classrooms: Large classrooms, small classrooms and meeting rooms which can seat as little as 10 and as many as 60 guests. Each classroom is equipped with a computer/projector, screen and wifi access.

Olympic Theater: Designed by the same firm that built Benaroya Hall in Seattle, the Olympic Theater is like a mini version of that beautiful venue. With incredible acoustics, the Olympic Theater is perfect for musical performances and lectures. The Theater also boasts a state of the art projector and sound system for movie showings and can seat up to 120 people. Each seat has a fold out desk top for trainings and classes.

Olympic Veranda: Overlooking campus and with beautiful views of downtown Seattle and the Olympic Mountain range. The “veranda” is perfect for small weddings or cocktail receptions.

Northwest Wine Academy Patio & Tasting Room: Our artfully designed tasting room has a garage door that open to a beautiful patio surrounded by lush greenery. This venue also has a demo classroom and is perfect for gatherings of up to 50 people. Private wine tastings, cocktail receptions, birthday parties, or anniversaries would be lovely in this space.
