At the Cashier's Office, students can pay tuition and fees, get information on the Nelnet payment plan, and purchase quarterly parking permits and discounted Student ORCA Cards for public transportation.
ONLINE PAYMENT ASSISTANCE: Some students are encountering an issue in ctcLink where they are unable to make a credit card payment for tuition and fees. Please see our Tips for Making Payments in ctcLink page for help making online payments.
To contact the Cashier's Office, please call the office phone number at 206.934.5388 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are open for in-person service Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are available for remote service on Fridays by email.
Paying for Tuition
Payments can be made fastest, online, by logging into your ctcLink account and paying with a credit card or debit card. You can also legibly fill out the credit card form, then scan and email it to us email@example.com.
A secure night drop is located on the outside wall of our office (RSB Student Services lobby) for after-hours payment. You can also sign up for the Nelnet automated payment plan for the quarter, for monthly installments. Review the Costs to Participate and Enrollment Dates at mycollegepaymentplan.com/sseattle/.
Statements of Payment (for reimbursement from an employer, for example)
The Cashier's Office can send a statement of payment by U.S. mail and only at the request of a student. Receipts will not be electronically sent. Please make sure your address is updated and current to avoid delay. Requests can also be made in person during our regular business hours. Photo ID is required.
All refunds are processed with the schedule of the academic calendar seattlecolleges.edu/academics/calendars/academic-calendar. Payments made by check will process as a refund check, sent to the address the student has on file with the college. Payments made through our Nelnet payment plan, will process as check refund, no exceptions. Please make sure your address is current, as an incorrect address will delay your refund! Students who paid online through the college website, will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used on the website. Again, this is only web payments, through our partner, CyberSource.
ORCA Card Purchases
For students enrolled in a current quarter who require travel to campus by public transportation, a reduced-priced ORCA card may be purchased. Ask the Cashier’s Office if you are eligible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parking Pass Refunds
Parking permit refunds may be given only upon complete withdrawal from classes using the Academic calendar schedule of refunds, and the return of the permit. Mail or return permits directly to our office 6000 16th Ave SW Seattle WA 98106 ATTN: Cashier Office. Include your name and ctcLink ID number.
