Spring Quarter Service Update: ctcLink is Now Live!
Students, the new ctcLink system is now live to help you better manage your college experience. Many systems, including class registration, have transitioned to ctcLink. Learn more and activate your ctcLink account today.

Paying for Tuition
Payments can be made fastest, online, by logging in to the student portal and paying with a credit card or debit card. You can also legibly fill out our credit card form credit card form, scanning and emailing to us email@example.com or by signing up for the FACTS automated payment plan for the quarter, for monthly installments. A payment in full through FACTS, can also be made using checking account (ACH) routing information, for a small fee of $2.00. Receipts of Payment (for reimbursement from student employers, for example)
The Cashier's Office is currently limited on what they are able print during remote operations. Since we are in Office on a limited basis, we will only mail a receipt of payment per your request.
All refunds are processed with the schedule of the academic calendar seattlecolleges.edu/academics/calendars/academic-calendar. Payments made by check will process as a refund check, sent to the address the student has on file with the college. Payments made through our FACTS payment plan, will process as check refund, no exceptions. Please make sure your address is current, as an incorrect address will delay your refund! Students who paid online through the college website, will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used on the website. Again, this is only web payments, through our partner, CyberSource.
ORCA Card Purchases
For students enrolled in a program that requires travel to campus by public transportation, reduced price ORCA cards may be purchased. Ask the Cashier’s Office to see how!

Parking Pass Refunds
Parking permit refunds are given only upon withdrawal from classes using the Academic calendar schedule of refunds, and the return of the permit. Mail permits directly to our office 6000 16th Ave SW Seattle WA 98106 ATTN: Cashier Office. Include your name and Student ID number!
Tuition can be paid using check and debit or credit card (VISA, American Express, Mastercard or Discover).
The secured drop box, cannot be accessed at this time. Please do not place payments in the night drop box.
