Criteria Explanation:
- Select: student awareness of technology options and which can be appropriate for the task at hand.
- Use: student decides to apply technologies (and is successful in doing so) that are appropriate for the task and hand.

- Developing: somewhat demonstrates evidence of meeting the criterion.
