Services Provided: Founded in 2017 by student leaders, South Seattle College’s on-campus Food Pantry addresses food insecurity for our students. In addition to providing essential food, we also carry toiletry items and diapers for students in need.

Hours: Tuesday – Thursdays: 11am - 2pm (you can shop one day per week. Have your CTC number ready)

Services Provided: The Workforce Education Office at South Seattle College can help you enter or reenter the workforce through career training and financial aid assistance. Additionally, you may find support in accessing basic needs resources, emergency funds, and other benefits.

Services Provided: This is a WorkSource Affiliate site that provides services to aid your employment search. Community members and students are welcome. Ways we can help: career exploration, cover letter assistance, interview preparation, job search assistance, resume assistance, job skills workshops, computers and technology. Services Provided: Access Services coordinates services and arranges academic adjustments for students with disabilities at South Seattle College. The Access Services Office provides reasonable accommodations to promote physical and programmatic access to college services, programs, and activities.

Services Provided: The primary purpose of the TRIO programs is to prepare students from disadvantaged backgrounds to successfully enter, persist, and complete a postsecondary education. In general, these programs identify low-income, first-generation students, and students with disabilities and provides them the assistance, support, and encouragement necessary to enter and complete a college education.

Services Provided: We encourage student retention and success for all students at South Seattle College, with a special focus on Asian American and Pacific Islander (AA&PI) students. The AANAPISI Center's services are framed to address the unique needs of the AA&PI community, but we welcome and serve ALL students at South Seattle College. Services include educational planning for degree completion or transfer planning, promoting self-advocacy and leadership skills, helping students navigate the higher education system and providing referrals to appropriate campus and community services, and resources including study space and laptop use.

Services Provided: Our office provides assistance regarding veteran-entitled benefits, such as, preparing VA application forms and documentation required by the Department of Veterans Affairs. We also provide assistance in documenting military training for college credit.

Services Provided: This initiative comes to you as a college and career readiness mentorship program designed to serve our first-generation and/or income-limited students attending Seattle Colleges to provide support, funding resources and close the opportunity gap for our women identified students.

A Mentorship Initiative is open to all students with an aim to boost completion and transfer outcomes for Black, Latinx, Native American, Asian and Pacific Islander students as an expansion of Project Baldwin services to women-identifying students.

Services Provided: Project Baldwin is a mentoring initiative for first-generation and/or income-limited students attending Seattle Colleges to provide support, funding resources, and mentorship for Seattle Colleges’ affinity mentorship group initiatives and address the male achievement gap. Project Baldwin: South at South Seattle College is a collective of students, staff, and faculty who connect to empower. We are here to build community and boost completion and transfer outcomes for Project Baldwin Scholars.
