Services Provided: Serves survivors of sexual abuse/assault, human trafficking, and domestic violence. API Chaya Survivor Support Services recognizes the diversity of experiences in Asian, South Asian, and Pacific Islander communities and strives to work with each individual within their own cultural context. Support groups multiple times per year. Services Provided: Provides health services for everyone. Interpretation services are immediately available. Offers a full range of primary care, specialized care, and behavioral health services with the convenience of an on-site pharmacy. Offers prenatal and pregnancy care. Sliding scale fees. Accepts Medicare, Apple Health (Medicaid) insurance and uninsured patients. No one will be turned away due to the inability to pay. Daytime appointments.
