College employees supporting students in crisis and not able to connect with a counselor should consult with their supervisors for immediate needs.

Request a Counseling Appointment

Counselors will be off-contract and unavailable during Summer Quarter 2026.

If you are on academic probation and still need to meet with a counselor to register for the summer quarter, June 29th will be the only day to do so. You may drop in at the Counseling Center in RSB 81 (sign A6 on the door outside) on that day between 8:30 am and 3 pm. The drop-in meetings on that day will be first-come, first-served. Come to the counseling office at 8:30 am to sign up for a spot. If you miss your meeting time, you may lose your spot and will not be able to register for the summer quarter.

The form below will only be used for scheduling appointments starting in mid-September and into the fall quarter 2026.

If you submit the intake form below, you can expect to hear back from a counselor in mid-September 2026. If you are a student seeking support for registration, personal counseling, career counseling, and/or other concerns, your inquiry will be responded to in the order it was received upon the counselors’ return.

Note that submitting the intake form more than once may slow down the response time. After submission, a counselor will reach out via email upon their return in mid-September 2026 to schedule an appointment. It will be important to check your email regularly to ensure timely communication. If you do not receive a response by the first day of the fall quarter 2026, please contact the counseling department via email at southcounseling@seattlecolleges.edu

Please note that the counseling department does not provide 24-hour crisis services. Counselors are not available during weekends/holidays, between quarterly breaks, and have limited availability during summer.
