Meet with an Entry and Transition Advisor

Deciding on a path to achieve your educational goals can be a complicated and detailed process. For all students, our Entry and Transitional Academic Advisors are here to help! Entry and Transitional Advisors can meet with currently enrolled students to help with:  

  • Exploring the specifics of Academic and Professional Technical degree options 
  • Selection of a Major/Area of Study  
  • Developing a preliminary Educational Plan  
  • Course selection and registration

Counseling Department     
Career counseling and exploration are crucial services provided by our counseling department. Counselors work with undecided and exploratory students on program selection, help you assess your interests, skills, values and personality preferences, and help integrate your career goals into your educational planning process. WorkSource Career Center     
Discover information and inspiration to help you achieve your career goals with support from our WorkSource Career Center. Visit the WorkSource website for resources including resume examples, interview tips, career exploration tools, and the option to schedule an appointment with an embedded career specialist. 

Explore Federal Degree to Career Paths and Data 
The US Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH) helps you explore outcomes for various careers nationwide. The tables and charts highlight for many occupations and includes information about people with a degree, types of majors, percentage of workers with an advanced degree, and employment, wages and projected employment growth.
