Diplomas

Approximately six weeks after the end of the quarter, your diploma will be mailed to your mailing address on record. Please confirm that your mailing address is accurate in ctcLink before applying for graduation.

If you wish to pick up your diploma instead, please contact SEvaluations@seattlecolleges.edu to request that your diploma be held for pickup.

If your mailing address is located outside of the United States, please review the United States Postal Service's International Service Alerts to see if your area may be impacted.

Diplomas are not intended to serve as proof of conferral in the United States for the purpose of higher education or employment. Please order an official transcript by following the ordering instructions on our transcripts webpage.

Duplicate Diploma Copies

Note: The process for ordering duplicate diploma copies is changing.

Please contact the office of Credential Evaluations by email at SEvaluations@seattlecolleges.edu for updates on your graduation status or to request a duplicate copy of your diploma. Duplicates are normally mailed 3-5 weeks after the request and payment have been processed.
