2024-2025 Financial Aid Forms
Forms for the following quarters:
Fall 2024, which starts in September 2024
Winter 2025, which starts in January 2025
Spring 2025, which starts in April 2025
Summer 2025, which starts in June 2025
Below is a list of most financial aid forms for the 2024-2025 award year. Please ensure that you are filling out the correct form for the right award year. The Financial Aid Office cannot accept forms for the wrong award year or from a different school. Also, it is your responsibility to ensure that the forms you submit are accurate and complete. Willfully providing false information on a financial aid form constitutes financial aid fraud and carries a penalty of up to a $50,000 fine and 5 years in jail. South Seattle College will turn over to the Federal and State Ombudsman anyone they feel has committed financial aid fraud.
