Refunds

Refunds from tuition & fee payments are processed based on withdrawal date according to the deadlines listed below.

Except for classes canceled by the college, refunds are subject to a quarterly administrative fee: $6.00 per refund for a complete or partial withdrawal from classes.

Certain fees are non-refundable; please refer to the Fee Schedule for more information.

Some refunds may automatically apply to outstanding balances including future terms. Refunds that apply to past due balances will not be adjusted.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Online card payments are returned to the original payment card unless 180 days have elapsed since the payment date. After 180 days, refunds will be issued by check.
  • Cash, check, and in-person card payments are returned via BankMobile when an active account exists for the student. For students without an active BankMobile account, refunds will be issued by check.
