Please find below various ways for newly admitted and current students to schedule with an academic advisor. If you are a prospective student, please visit our Welcome Center to get started on the Steps to Enroll.
Scheduling Tools
Scheduled appointments are available in-person, via Zoom, or phone, and are ideal for current students.
A Scheduled Appointment can help you:
- Review program requirement
- Select appropriate courses
- Create or update a customized education plan
- Discuss your academic progress standing (alert/probation/suspension)
- Learn about other student support services

Education Planning is an important step in every student’s journey to ensure they are on the path to success. These appointments are available via Zoom or in-person.
An Education Planning appointment can help you:
- Determine what remaining classes you have for your degree
- Complete prerequisites for your intended major

Drop-In Advising is best for quick questions and assistance that can be completed in 10 to 15 minutes. Available on a first-come, first-served basis. In these Zoom drop-in sessions, staff from Advising will be able to assist you directly or schedule an appointment for a follow-up.
Please have your ctcLink ID ready before you join the session. New Drop-Ins are accepted until 10 minutes before the session ends.
Zoom Drop-in Hours:
- Mondays: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
- Thursdays: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
The Contact Form (hyperlink to integrated contact form - Microsoft Form) is the best way to request a permission number.
You will be asked to provide information regarding the class you’re trying to register for and to upload any documents relevant to your request (unofficial transcripts, placement documents, etc.).
