Several Students Services offices and departments are here to support you with “live chat” options for students wishing to connect with a staff member. Below is a list of campus support services and the best way to connect with each virtually.
When you select a service below during the hours listed, you will be put into a waiting room and a staff member will be with you shortly.

This is a great way to get the support you need while our services operate remotely in response to COVID-19. You can also visit individual office and department webpages for additional contact options, including email and phone calls.
New Student Services

Here you can gain support for Registration, transfer credit evaluation, transcript requests, and issues related to adding, dropping and withdrawing. International students are encouraged to reach out to IPAdmissions@seattlecolleges.edu for assistance.
Please Note: Registration will have limited service from Oct. 26 - Oct. 30, 2020 for necessary training for upcoming system upgrades. We will respond as timely as we are able to.

Georgetown Campus & Apprenticeship Inquiries
The Georgetown Campus main offices will be operating remotely until further notice pending evolving Washington state executive orders in response to COVID-19. Apprenticeship programs will vary in hybrid, in-person, and online instruction. Please contact the appropriate program for more details on class format and schedule, application, and program info.

TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC)
The TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) at South Seattle College provides adults, who are not currently enrolled in college, guidance and assistance in applying and enrolling into a college or career training program. The TRIO EOC services are FREE to eligible individuals who: are US citizens or permanent residents, do not have a bachelor’s degree, and meet one of the following criteria: low income, first generation, and/or Veteran and their dependents.
Hours: Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. & Thursday, 1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
IT Help Desk
The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for students needing assistance with technology. Services include support for classroom and lab technology, email services, WiFi, computer software and support.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
S.T.A.R.S. (Student Technology Support)
S.T.A.R.S. (Student Technology Advice & Resources Support) is available to help students with computing resources including eLearning, Canvas, LinkedIn Learning, Google Suite for Education (GS4E), Panopto, Zoom for Students , Honorlock, and Backup Homework Strategies.
The Tutoring Center can answer questions regarding tutoring services and connect students with tutors to help support them in their classes.
WorkSource Career Center
All WorkSource virtual drop-in hours will be delivered online through Zoom (video conferencing tool) until further notice.

Workforce Education Funding
The Workforce Education Office can help you enter or reenter the workforce through career training, financial aid assistance, job placement assistance and academic planning.
