Career Bridged WA
South Seattle College Continuing Education is on the official list of training programs with Washington State Eligible Training Provider(ETP) and eligible to provide training to individuals who qualify for:
- An Individual Training Account voucher funded by Title I-B of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
- Additional weeks of unemployment insurance benefits through the Washington State Training Benefits Program.
Training programs that are part of the list must meet minimum performance standards for employment, earnings and completion rates to remain ETP-eligible from year to year.
Ed2Go Career Training Programs (CTP)
South Seattle College Continuing Education, in partnership with Ed2Go, offers online, open enrollment Career Training Programs (CTP) designed to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional level positions for many in-demand occupations. The online programs, courses, and classes are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field. Instructors/mentors are actively involved in your online learning experience, responding to any questions or concerns, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.

World Education Career Training Programs (CTP)
South Seattle College Continuing Education, in partnership with World Education, offers comprehensive, online Career Training Programs (CTP) and a full-service student experience which is designed to prepare you for an exciting new career. Programs track offered follow national trends and requirements for certifications in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Business, etc. Additionally, classes, courses, and programs are regionally-specific and strategically map the workforce development needs of your specific area. Programs are available for immediate registration and students may be eligible for funding for courses and exams leading to an industry-recognized academic or vocational credential.

Flagging and Traffic Control Certification
This class will provide you, the flagger, with the information and procedures necessary to enhance the safety of both workers and drivers while in street and highway construction and repair projects. This is the required certification for applying for a flagging and traffic control position in the State of Washington with reciprocity in Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The certification manual used for this class incorporates required information from the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Part 6 of the Temporary Traffic Control for Standards and Procedures in the State of Washington. Certification is valid for three years.
The class is held at the Georgetown campus.
