South Seattle Community College will be providing online tutoring in English/writing, math, and several subjects through the Northwest E-Tutoring Consortium. Using a platform developed and successfully implemented by Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium (CDLC), which enables students to:

• Chat live online with their tutors
• Use video conferencing to see and speak to their tutors
• Share information using an online White Board
• Submit essays for review
• Post questions about grammar and writing

This platform is designed to be highly intuitive, which means it is easy to learn. If you plan on using e-tutoring this quarter, please email Roxanne Tillman and in the subject line of the email, write “online tutoring” to request a username and password. An email will be sent to you with information for how to access e-tutoring.

Once your account is created, you can utilize our online service as often as you need throughout the quarter.
