Earn a BA or MIT/MA in Education at South
from Heritage University

If you have an AA or BA degree, you can earn your BA in Education with a Residency Certificate and Endorsements in K-8 and ESL from Heritage University. Financial aid is available! All courses are taught at South by experienced professors in a convenient Monday through Thursday evening format.

Freshman entering South can be dual-enrolled with Heritage for the BA degree.

• BA in Education (k-8) with ESL Endorsement
  It is a cohort model (7 semesters) with classes Thursday and Friday evenings from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 4:30pm. 
  
  Pre-requisites:

  AA Degree (DTA)
  Math over 100
  Math for Elementary Teachers
  Public Speaking
  2 years of H.S. foreign language or 2 quarters of college

• Master in Teaching (K-8) Degree at South
  It is a cohort model (5 semesters) with classes Friday nights 5:30 to 8:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 to 4:30.  Pre-requisite is a BA Degree and taking the Teacher State Test--West B www.west.nesinc.com
