Welcome to the LPN Applicant Information Page

As a service to applicants to the Licensed Practical Nursing Program, this page will feature necessary information about this year’s admissions process.  Applicants are encouraged to check here regularly for updates.

NOTE: THE LPN APPLICATION DEADLINE HAS CHANGED.

The LPN program beginning Summer 2008 is now closed for applications.  Applications for the LPN program beginning Summer 2009 will be due no later than Monday, February 2, 2009 by 4:00pm.  Applications that are incomplete or that arrive after this deadline will not be considered.

South Seattle Community College selects its LPN class based on a competitive process.  There is no waiting list for the program.

Important Dates for the LPN program beginning Summer 2009:

• December 2008 - Summer 2009 LPN Applications will be available on this webpage below.
• February 2, 2009 - Applications will be due to the Nursing Program Office.  
• June 29, 2009 - First day of Summer quarter and the start date of the LPN Summer Class of 2009.
• June 2010 - Graduation.
