- Designed for youth 16-21 years of age who left high school without a diploma and have less than the requisite high school credits to enroll in other non-traditional high school completion programs.
- Open entry/open exit enrollment
- Features career-based education (applied academics and technical skills training) leading to enrollment in a post-secondary certificate or degree program.
- Services include one-on-one advising, case management for those who qualify, special non-academic counseling, course work in transitioning successfully to college technical programs.
