Bernie’s Pastry Shop is the campus coffee shop featuring pastries, chocolates, cakes, pies, and decorative desserts produced in our award-winning Pastry & Specialty Baking program and coffee from Bellingham roaster Tony’s Coffee.
Bernie’s features Wi-Fi, seating for over 50, and an expanded menu including sandwiches, soups, hot dogs, and salads!
Grab a sweet snack and coffee between classes or take something special home to loved ones. Wedding cakes and other specialty items can be ordered.
Beverages and a variety of muffins, croissants, donuts and bagels are available for breakfast take out. Espresso and four-flavors of cappuccino are also available.
